COMMUNITY BASED PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Loper has managed collaborative neighborhood projects and consulted for art organizations for 10+ years, working with non-profits, cultural and academic institutions, resident-led groups, landscape architecture teams, individual artists and youth. She has contracted with entities such as Milwaukee Public Schools, Artists Working in Education, Artworks for Milwaukee, Diverse and Resilient, Planned Parenthood of WI and Jubilee Arts Baltimore..
While Loper has a strong background in teaching art to youth of all ages from K-12 , she is particularly interested in art-based workforce development among high school aged young people. She is committed to her role as an adult ally in youth-led spaces to support neighborhood revitalization, design initiatives and social entrepreneurship.
